Shipping Policy

At FlutterBabies, we are dedicated to providing you the most stylish baby products on the market in a timely fashion. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order with a few exceptions (see below).  You will have the option of choosing your preferred shipper and shipment speed.  FlutterBabies will offer standard, expedited, and rush shipping options with USPS and UPS.

Exceptions
From time to time, it will take longer than 48 hours for your order or items from your order to leave our warehouse.  If an item is out of stock when the order is placed, you will be given a date at checkout and in your order confirmation e-mail when we expect the order or certain items in your order to ship.  If any of the items in your order are expected to ship later than our shipping policy states, you will be notified at checkout and have the opportunity at that point to cancel your order.

Projected Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Rush Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that from time to time FlutterBabies offers free shipping on specific items or orders above a certain dollar amount.  If you take advantage of these special promotions, FlutterBabies will ship the order or qualifying items in the order via USPS standard shipping.

Transfer of Risk and Title
When you order an item at flutterbabies.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.
